- Refund for a GIF pack: use the email you paid with and include the order date. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days; see the Terms of Service.
- Remove a GIF: send its link from img.birthdaygif.net.
- Delete my data: tell us roughly when you used the site; see the Privacy Policy.
- Payment questions: your receipt comes from Waffo, our payment partner. Reply to us here, not to the receipt, and we will sort it out with them.
